Add a review note and image to a PDF
A reviewer adds an Approved note and a small reference image without changing original wording.
Open Add text & images →Follow these steps
- Open your PDF and choose the text, image or drawing tool.
- For text on mobile, tap the page to place it before typing. Select an item to adjust its color and size; use the tick to finish or the bin to remove it.
- Choose Export PDF, reopen the download and check added items at normal reading size.

Make this example work for your file
For an annotated review copy, use a consistent color and keep additions clear of the original text. Select each addition to adjust or delete it. Added notes should explain the document without obscuring its source content.
