Document processing

PDF tools process document bytes in your browser. PDF Studio does not upload your documents for processing. Web hosting receives ordinary requests for the website and its assets.

Saving work

My files and Save draft store copies you explicitly save in this browser’s IndexedDB. Browser data clearing removes these copies. Download important work; browser storage is not a backup.

Saved signatures

Signature images are saved in this browser’s IndexedDB only when you choose a Save signature action. They are not uploaded or included in analytics. Anyone using this browser profile can access them. Delete saved signatures in the signature picker or clear browser data to remove them.

Installation preference

When the app is installed or opened as an installed app, this browser can remember that installation in local storage so install prompts stay hidden. Supported browser APIs can also check whether PDF Studio itself is installed. This preference is not sent to analytics.

Appearance and problem reports

The website appearance choice is stored locally in this browser. Problem reports are text templates you explicitly copy, download or open as an email draft in your own mail app; the report feature sends nothing to a server and automatically includes no document contents, filenames, passwords or signature images. Review anything you type before sharing it yourself.

This policy describes what PDF Studio is designed to do. The Check it yourself page shows how to look at what your browser sends. Those checks are evidence, not a guarantee, and the page lists what they cannot show.

Recently used tools

The names of the last few tools you opened are kept in this browser’s local storage so the home page can show them as shortcuts. They are not sent to us. Choose “Clear list” on the home page, or clear browser data, to remove them.

Email you send us

If you write to pdf.studio.in@gmail.com with a question, problem or suggestion, we use your email address and message only to reply and to improve PDF Studio. Please do not attach private documents. See the contact page.

Anonymous usage counting

Optional usage events count visits and tool activity, with coarse country, device, operating-system and browser categories. Raw user agents and IP addresses are not retained in these reports. Document content, filenames and passwords are not included. Analytics records expire after 48 hours. You can disable usage counting in Privacy settings; supported browser privacy signals also disable it.

Recognition and voices

OCR downloads an English recognition engine and model the first time it is used, by default from public content-delivery hosts, and runs locally; no document text is sent. Read aloud uses browser-provided speech services; availability, network use and handling of spoken text depend on your browser and selected voice.

Your choices

No account is required for core PDF tools. You can remove saved drafts and My files entries in the app, clear browser data, and disable anonymous usage counting.
