Is PDF Studio free?
Core tools require no account, subscription or installation and add no watermark.
Are my documents uploaded?
Document processing runs in your browser. Saved files and drafts remain in this browser. See Privacy for storage, usage analytics and browser voice-service details.
Can I edit a scan?
Run OCR first and review the recognized text. Existing-text editing needs supported selectable text and has font and layout limitations.
Why is my output larger?
Image-based tools rebuild pages as images and can enlarge small text PDFs. Compression keeps the smaller source when its tested result grows. A requested target size is best effort; the result reports whether the target was met.
Does the site work offline?
Offline operation is not guaranteed. Fonts, libraries and OCR models may need a network connection.
Where is my download?
On the result page, choose Download and check your browser downloads. Save to My files is separate browser storage.
