Help with your PDF
Open, process, download
Choose a tool, open your file, review the settings, then run the action. When the result is ready, choose Download. Save to My files stores a separate copy in this browser.
A button is disabled
Read the message beside the action. Merge needs at least two PDFs. Creation tools need text or field labels. Comparisons need an original and a revised file. Form filling needs supported interactive fields.
Editing and OCR
Use Edit text for supported selectable text. Use OCR for scans, then check the recognized words before exporting. Complex layouts and unavailable font characters can limit editing.
File limits and recovery
The general workspace accepts up to 150 MB and 400 pages. Existing-text editing accepts up to 50 MB and 100 pages. Individual tools can have additional limits. If opening fails, unlock protected files or try a smaller valid PDF. Download important work before clearing browser data.
A tool does not load
Save or download your current work, then reload the page to get the latest version. If the problem continues, contact us with the tool name, browser and error message.
