Separate left and right page halves
Split each page into two visible halves, useful for side-by-side scans.
How it works
- Choose the supported source file or files from your device.
- Open the PDF and inspect whether the content is arranged in left and right halves.
- Export two halves per source page and check their reading order.
The operation uses page boundaries. It does not securely remove content hidden outside those boundaries.
When to use this tool
Separate side-by-side scans for easier reading.
What to check before sharing
Cropping hides content outside boundaries; it is not secure removal.
Supported files
Uses CropBox boundaries; content outside each visible half is hidden, not securely removed. Rotations are retained.
Inputs: PDF. Performance depends on your device. Download important work before closing the browser; local storage is not a backup.
Troubleshooting
If the file will not open, check it in another PDF reader. If it is password-protected, use Remove a PDF password with a password you know. For scans that need selectable text, run Make a PDF searchable first.
