Run a reviewed sequence and download one result
Run a reviewed sequence and download one result. Configure the available options, inspect the result and download it from your browser.
How it works
- Choose PDF files for the selected sequence. Merge requires two or more files.
- Choose a preset or arrange custom steps before exporting; rotate uses 90 degrees clockwise.
- Export once, inspect the result and keep your originals for recovery.
Choose a preset or arrange supported steps in your own sequence. Originals remain in the workspace.
When to use this tool
Complete common sequences without downloading and reopening each intermediate result.
What to check before sharing
Compact does not guarantee savings. Clear metadata removes standard properties, not all hidden or visible personal information. Unsupported form page copying stops safely; flatten forms first when needed.
Supported files
Choose a preset or arrange supported steps in your own sequence. Originals remain in the workspace.
Inputs: PDF. Performance depends on your device. Download important work before closing the browser; local storage is not a backup.
Troubleshooting
If the file will not open, check it in another PDF reader. If it is password-protected, use Remove a PDF password with a password you know. For scans that need selectable text, run Make a PDF searchable first.
Common questions
Can I cancel?
Stop requests are checked between supported processing steps. Some library calls finish before stopping.
Will a failed sequence replace my workspace?
No. Only the final result is returned; originals remain in the workspace.
Which files can I use?
Supported inputs: PDF. Choose a preset or arrange supported steps in your own sequence. Originals remain in the workspace.
Is this free?
Core tools require no account or subscription and add no watermark.
Do my documents leave my device?
Document processing runs in your browser. PDF Studio does not upload document files. Explicitly saved drafts and My files remain in this browser until deleted. Read aloud may use network-backed browser voices.
