Combine multiple PDFs into one document
Choose your PDFs, arrange their pages, then export one combined PDF.
How it works
- Choose two or more PDF files. Add additional files from the workspace if needed.
- Review the thumbnails and arrange pages in the order you want. Use movement buttons as an alternative to dragging.
- Export the combined PDF, check the first and last pages of each source, then download.
Drag pages into order or use the keyboard and page movement buttons. Review the result before downloading.
When to use this tool
Combine application documents, receipts or lecture notes into one file. Merge keeps pages together; use Split when you only need selected pages.
What to check before sharing
Check page order and orientation. Combining already compressed files usually increases the total size rather than reducing it. Exporting a signed PDF may invalidate its original cryptographic signatures.
Supported files
Fillable form fields are not preserved by page copying. Fill and flatten forms first, then merge.
Inputs: PDF. Performance depends on your device. Download important work before closing the browser; local storage is not a backup.
Troubleshooting
If the file will not open, check it in another PDF reader. If it is password-protected, use Remove a PDF password with a password you know. For scans that need selectable text, run Make a PDF searchable first.
Common questions
Can I change the order?
Yes. Arrange pages in the shared workspace before exporting.
Does merging compress the files?
No. Use Compress after merging if you also need a smaller output.
Which files can I use?
Supported inputs: PDF. Fillable form fields are not preserved by page copying. Fill and flatten forms first, then merge.
Is this free?
Core tools require no account or subscription and add no watermark.
Do my documents leave my device?
Document processing runs in your browser. PDF Studio does not upload document files. Explicitly saved drafts and My files remain in this browser until deleted. Read aloud may use network-backed browser voices.
