PDF Studio

Extract PDF pages

Extract the pages you need.

Copy a file, then press Ctrl + V to paste it here.

Save selected pages as a new PDF

Choose page positions or ranges and export only the pages you need.

How it works

  1. Open the source and find the displayed positions of the pages you need.
  2. Enter positions or ranges such as 1, 3–5 in the page range field.
  3. Export, reopen the result and verify that only the intended pages are included.

Use file positions, such as 1, 3–5, rather than printed page labels. Reopen the exported selection before sending it.

When to use this tool

Send a chapter, certificate or invoice section without sharing the entire source PDF.

What to check before sharing

Ranges use file positions. A cover page can offset printed page labels. Extracting a retained page includes its content; it is not a way to hide sensitive regions.

Supported files

Inputs: PDF. Performance depends on your device. Download important work before closing the browser; local storage is not a backup.

Troubleshooting

Why did I get the wrong numbered page? Use the position shown in the workspace. Printed labels can restart or use Roman numerals. Is my original replaced? No. Export produces a separate file. Keep the source and inspect the result before sharing.
