Build a clean application pack by editing page order
An application PDF contains a cover, certificates and one duplicate page.
Open Organize pages →Follow these steps
- Open the PDF and inspect the page thumbnails.
- Reorder, rotate, duplicate or delete pages. Use the labeled page buttons when dragging is inconvenient.
- Export and reopen the document to check the final order and page count.
The document and the intended outcome
An application PDF contains a cover, certificates and one duplicate page. Move the cover first, remove the duplicate, rotate sideways pages and compare the retained count before export.
Make this example work for your file
For the assembled report, inspect the cover, each section boundary and the final page. The thumbnail grid is useful for order, while a full page view helps identify a wrong version with a similar-looking cover.
Choose only the settings this case needs
Select only the pages needed for the operation. Use movement controls when dragging is awkward, and keep at least one page in the finished document.
When the example needs a different approach
Use Undo where available or reopen the original. Inspect the retained page count and boundary content before exporting again.
A checked example you can try
All six source pages remain readable in the parsed output.

Check the result
Deleting a whole page differs from securely removing a region within a page. Review all pages before sharing, especially after duplication or deletion.
Keep the original. When this task produces a file, reopen the download in the application where you will use it and inspect the affected pages. An illustration explains the operation; it is not a recorded processing test.
Practical tips
- Select only the pages needed for the operation. Use movement controls when dragging is awkward, and keep at least one page in the finished document.
- Printed numbers are part of page content. Moving pages does not rewrite them; use Page numbers to add a new consistent sequence when suitable.
- Use Undo where available or reopen the original. Inspect the retained page count and boundary content before exporting again.
Questions
Printed numbers appear out of order?
Printed numbers are part of page content. Moving pages does not rewrite them; use Page numbers to add a new consistent sequence when suitable.
The wrong page was removed?
Use Undo where available or reopen the original. Inspect the retained page count and boundary content before exporting again.
Do I have to drag pages?
No. Page movement buttons provide an alternative.
Can I continue with another tool?
Compatible tools reuse the shared document. Export important work before leaving the site.
